Q. How long does it usually take to carpet clean a house?
A. The time will vary depending on many factors, but most jobs take 2 to 3 hours.
Q. How long will it take for my carpet and upholstery to dry?
A. Usually 8 hours with good venilation (ceiling fans, air conditioning, or heat set at 70
degrees). Furniture should not be put back in place for 24 hours.
Q. When will I be able to walk on my carpet after cleaning?
A. Immediately with clean slippers. With shoes, not for 24 hours.
Q. How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
A. Every 8 to 10 months and more often for high traffic areas.
Q. Can you do anything with faded or bleached areas on my carpet?
A. These can be dyed or replaced with a patch by a carpet installer. Cost is a factor.
Q. When carpet cleaning, do you move furniture?
A. We move furniture and place protective blocks or pads under legs. These should
stay in place for 24 hours after cleaning.
Q. Should I have my fabric protected?
A. Fabric protection does help prevent stains and resoiling, but you should still react
quickly to spills before they become stains.
Q. Can you treat pet stains and odors?
A. We have a great product for pet odors and stain. If more than 20% of the carpet
surface is affected, we recommend replacement.
Q. Do you clean interiors of cars, truck, boats, and motor homes?
A. Yes, we clean vehicle interiors. Our truck-mounted equipment lets us clean on
location. No electric or water is needed.
Q. Do your technicians wear protective covers over their shoes on the job?
A. When they see that it is necessary, the technicians wear protective covers.
Q. How long does it take to clean draperies?
A. Most can be cleaned quickly. We do not clean sheers. Sheers can be washed in
cold water and immediately hung to dry.
Q. How often should I have my draperies cleaned?
A. At least once a year to remove carbons and dust.
Q. Do you clean all types of tile?
A. Yes. We clean ceramic, vinyl, marble and other types of tile. We do not polish
marble with compound cleaners or diamond pads. Marble polishing should be done
by a marble specialist.
Q. Can you really return grout and tile to their original condition?
A. Yes. Most tile and grout can be returned to their original condition.
Q. What causes mildew on tile and how often should I have my tile cleaned?
A. Mildew can be caused by excessive moisture, lack of venilation, lack of light and
prolonged wetness.
Q. Are the chemicals you use safe around people and for the environment?
A. The cleaning agents we use are safe. In fact, many of our clients have allergies.
The agents are also safe around pets. We can even fax material safety data sheets
to your doctor or vet.

A. We price based on square footage, number and size of rugs or draperies.

Q. How far will your technicians travel to do a job?
A. Usually within a 30-mile radius of Butler. We travel further, but require a trip charge.
